Karbonn A1 Star and A5 Star available for Rs 3,514 and Rs 4,890

Karbonn launched A1 Star and A5 Star After the A3 and the A4, Karbonn has discreetly launched another two budget smartphones— the A1 Star and the A5 Star. Both the Android smartphones were spotted on e-commerce sites for Rs 3,514 and Rs 4,890 respectively by FoneArena.





Talking of specifications, the dual-SIM A1 Star sports a 3.5-inch 480×320 pixels display and is powered by 1GHz processor paired with 256MB RAM. Other features included are a 3-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, expandable memory to up to 32GB and 1,450mAH battery. The device runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and only supports 2G.

The dual-SIM A5 Star, on the other hand, sports a 3.2-inch 480×320 pixels display and it too is powered by a 1GHz processor and 256MB of RAM. Other features included are a 3.2-megapixel rear camera, VGA front camera, expandable memory to up to 32GB and 1,200mAh battery. The A5 Star runs on a dated Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but unlike the A1 Star, it supports 3G.
