Xolo launched Play T1000 powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 for Rs.15,999

Xolo Play T1000 after being up for pre-orders on e-commerce sites, Xolo’s Tegra-powered Play T1000 has been officially launched today. The 4.7-inch Android Jelly Bean smartphone is now available on e-commerce sites and retail stores across the country for Rs 15,999.





To remind you of the specifications, the Xolo Play T1000 sports a 4.7-inch 720p display with a pixel density of 312ppi and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor paired with a 416MHz 12-core Nvidia ULP GeForce GPU and 1GB of RAM. The device also features support for Nvidia Tegra optimized games through the Nvidia TegraZone.

Other features included are an 8-megapixel rear camera with a BSI sensor and support for recording 1080p videos, 2-megapixel camera at the front, 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded to up to 32GB using a microSD card and a 2,000mAh battery which is said to be good enough for up to 11.2 hours of talk time on 2G and up to 9 hours on 3G.

Connectivity-wise the device features single-SIM card slot, 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/ AGPS and on the software front, runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. For this price, the Xolo Play T1000 will face stiff competition from the likes of the newly launched Micromax Canvas 4 A210 and the Karbonn Titanium S9 among others.
