Samsung launched Galaxy S4 zoom in India for Rs. 29,900

Alongside the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, the company has also released the Galaxy S4 zoom for Rs 29,900 in India. The phone basically is a hybrid of point and shoot camera and a smartphone.



 


Features wise, the Galaxy S4 zoom comes with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display with a qHD resolution. It runs on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. There is 8GB of internal storage space which can be supplemented to up to 64GB using a microSD. The major attraction of the phone is its 16-megapixel camera sensor with 10X optical zoom, while the front has a 1.9-megapixel camera.

The phone is very thick at 15.4mm due to the 16-megapixel sensor that protrudes at the back. On connectivity front, there is 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and A-GPS support, along with a 2,330-mAh battery.

Samsung has priced the Galaxy S4 Zoom for Rs 29,900 which is slightly more than the S4 mini which was also launched today.
