Micromax Canvas 4 now available online for Rs 17,999

After accepting pre-orders from June 28, earlier this week Micromax launched the Canvas 4 for Rs 17,999 at an event in Delhi. Now e-commerce sites in India like Snapdeal, Infibeam and Flipkart have started accepting pre-orders for the flagship device at the aforementioned price, with delivery to start later this month.





To remind you of the specifications, the dual-SIM Canvas 4 flaunts a 5-inch 720p IPS display and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek ARM Cortex A7 processor and 1GB of RAM. Other features included are a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, 16GB of expandable memory and a 2,000mAh battery.

On the software front, the device runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and Micromax has also included add-ons like a new unlock system, where users can blow at the phone or shake it to unlock it. You can also read our first impressions of the device.
