Google Nexus 7(2012) now available for Rs.11999

Google launched its second-generation Nexus 7 tablet last week with an upgraded 7-inch display that now supports full-HD resolution, sports faster internals and runs Android 4.3.



While it would take some time for the new Nexus 7 to reach Indian shores, there is something to cheer about for us less lucky folks.

Is budget iPhone will be named iPhone 5C? While rumors are rife about Apple launching a new low cost variant of the iPhone, it's still not known what the purported phone will be called.



However, a new leaked photograph of plastic retail packaging that appeared on a Chinese website shows white plastic boxes marked 'iPhone 5C' complete with the Apple logo. It's hard to confirm if the packaging boxes are genuine, or whether they're being made for Apple's upcoming low-cost iPhone.

Nokia Lumia 729 with PureView camera leaks

Fresh out the rumor frying pan comes a press shot of a yet unheard-of Nokia Lumia 729. The device sports a yellow paint job, PureView branding on the camera and is apparently destined to Verizon Wireless in the US.



Micromax launched Bling 3 A86 for Rs 9,599

Micromax Bling 3 had a coming soon badge on a few e-commerce sites, but now the phone is available online for Rs 9,599.



The Bling 3 builds on the linage of the Swarovski Zirconia laden Bling line up and now runs purely on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and has a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and has a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 0.3-megapixel front camera and has support for microSD cards supporting up to 32GB of memory.

Nokia Lumia 6" phablet leaked images shows front panel

Intex Technologies has launched an entry level smartphone, the Cloud X3 in India for Rs. 3,790.The Intex Cloud X3 features a 3.5-inch display and boasts of MiraVision technology. The device is powered by a 1GHz dual core MediaTek MT6572 processor coupled with 256MB RAM. It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA front facing camera. The Intex Cloud X3 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.



It comes with 115MB of internal memory that is expandable up to 32GB through microSD card.Other key features include dual-SIM functionality with GSM+GSM support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, gravity sensors, video recorder, audio recorder, motion sensors, and GPS. Motorola Moto X hands on video leaks

Vietnamese site Tinhte has once again leaked the anticipated Moto X device from Motorola. It's shown here running what looks like mostly stock Android with Motorola's signature circle widget. It's also shot alongside an Apple iPhone 5.



Meanwhile, (unofficial) pricing information on the handset has been revealed as well, with the device coming in at $299 for the 16GB model, and $349 for the 32GB version. It seems that being made in the USA will not have a significant impact on the price, either. In Europe, you can expect the Moto X to cost €299 and €349, respectively.

Nokia luanched affordable headsets Coloud Boom, Coloud Knock and Coloud Pop

Nokia has unveiled new headsets – Boom, Knock and Pop – that have been made by Zound Industries, which was behind headphones by legendary guitar amplifier company Marshall. All the new headsets are a part of a new sub brand called Coloud.



The Boom headphones are noise cancelling closed back headphones and have massive ear cans to suspend one’s ears in just the sound. They are available in typical Nokia colours. There is no word if the noise cancellation is active or passive. It’s more likely that it’s passive considering Nokia talks about its smart closed construction rather than talk about any active circuitry.

Apple iPhone 5S, gold iPhone and budget iPhone images leaked again

Apple's iPhone 5S and the budget iPhone in the making has been the talk of the town for a while now even if their announcement is at least a month and a half away. Apple is expected to launch both the devices this fall and we have already lost count on the number leaks we had till now.






Now, a new set of images have appeared, showing the alleged Apple iPhone 5S and budget iPhone along with the rumored gold version. The latest leak also reveals that all the three smartphones from Apple are pretty much the same size.

Compare budget iPhone with iPhone 5

The rumor mill just won’t let it go - a brand new batch of “budget iPhone” photos has cropped up and it compare the (supposedly) upcoming device with the current iPhone 5. Many such photos have already been debunked.



The budget iPhone is plastic, colorful plastic at that, and has the same exact arrangement of buttons, ports and other doodads as the iPhone 5. The size of the two pictured devices is virtually the same, so it’s not just a plastic back cover.

Motorola X new press image leaks

We already know that, Motorola X will be officially unveiled on August 1 in New York. The press image and specifications of the upcoming device from Motorola has already been leaked and we now have another press render, which shows the smartphone in a white paintjob.



Additionally, a new image from evleaks shows the side profile of the Moto X and reveals the presence of power button and the volume rocker there.

Something BIG to be announced tomorrow by Nokia

Nokia has a big, BIG announcement for tomorrow and is giving us pretty short notice. Whatever it is, it will be unveiled tomorrow morning in London (9am UK time, 8am UTC). There's still plenty of time to guess, except all we have to go on is an orange ("sunset orange", according to an online color chart) back with the Nokia logo engraved.


Nokia can be pretty sneaky with these things, like the solid yellow background with black oval that turned out to be the loudspeaker of the Asha 501.

Karbonn A29 silently gets listed on Flipkart with coming soon status. The A29 is a dual core handset with a 4.7 inch screen running on Jelly Bean 4.1 OS.



The Karbonn A29 sports a 960×540 pixel resolution over a 4.7 inch IPS LCD screen. It is powered by dual core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, the chipset is not known. The internal storage is 4GB and 32GB micro SD card is supported. The RAM is not mentioned, probably could be 512MB.

Moto X to feature Open Mic hands-free voice command feature

After a lot of rumors and rendered photos, we finally got to see the first real photos of the highly-anticipated Moto X when Google’s executive chairman Eric Schmidt was pictured using the phone. Now, the phone has cropped up on a couple of videos, which show some of the new software add-ons that will be introduced on the device including a new Open Mic feature, Engadget reports.



ZTE Geek U988S powered by Tegra 4 world’s first smartphone

A China Mobile version of the upcoming ZTE Geek has been pictured, by none other than ZTE itself. The picture comes in conjunction with images outed by China's TENAA certification database, which is notorious for leaking devices coming out of Asia. ZTE has released some shots of the device from a more flattering (albeit somewhat gushy) perspective.



Specs of HTC One Mini and One Max leaks online

Fellow tech journalists from AndroidNext.de have got their hands on some exclusive new photos and leaked screenshots of the yet unannounced HTC One Mini.



The HTC One Mini will make use of the same 4MP UltraPixel camera as its bigger brother. There is also a 1.6MP camera front-facing camera for video chats. The 4.3-inch screen has a 720x1280 pixel screen.

BlackBerry to launch Q5 tomorrow in India

BlackBerry is scheduled to launch the Q5 in India tomorrow. The company will host an event in New Delhi and reports suggest that the phone will be priced close to Rs 25,000. The Q5 will be the cheapest smartphone running on BlackBerry 10 OS. Till now, the company has launched the all-touch Z10 and the QWERTY keyboard equipped Q10, but both are priced above Rs 40,000.

BlackBerry A10 specifications and photo leaked

An image of what is reportedly the BlackBerry A10, an upcoming BB 10 smartphone, has been leaked. The photo confirms that the handset will be build around a 5" display.


The source claims that the BlackBerry A10, which is codenamed Aristo, will be equipped with a 1,280 x 720 pixel display, like its Z10 predecessor, rather than a full HD screen as available on most recent high-end smartphones.
